___ I am very pleased with our building. It appears very well put together, well painted, etc. And I like the piano hinge doors - I think they will last longer than the strap hinges some manufacturers use. We looked at another manufacturers product and Tri-State's products are better built in my opinion. Mr. Miller is very helpful and accommodating. Danny, thank you for a great shed. We appreciate your time helping us choose the right design and for going out of your way to find the matching paint. I know that you worked overtime to deliver and assemble it on the dates we discussed, and that it was a difficult location to work with. It was clear to us that despite that, you took the time to make sure it was a quality job. We are very pleased with the looks and the quality of the building, and how it is placed it so well on a sloped site.

Definition of "Customer Support"? The Patteson's recently visited Tri State GAZEBO and presented our Gazebo requirements to Danny Miller. Within an hour, we had a signed contract that truly complied with our requirements. This process took much less time than I had anticipated. I then informed Danny that we could not take delivery for several weeks. This situation occurred because the foundation where the unit was to be positioned was not complete. Graciously, Danny informed us that delivery would not be a problem. We had hoped to have the Gazebo in place and useable for visiting guests. After the wall and foundation work was completed, I contacted Danny and he was able to deliver and place our new Gazebo with only a days notice. We were pleased with its position and orientation. Our visitors enjoyed the new addition and complemented us on the quality and construction of the gazebo making special notice of its unique orientation. Several days later I started to notice that the newly constructed retaining wall, not installed by Mr. Miller, was moving. After several days of continuous rainfall, the wall separation continued. Danny visited our home and I showed him the wall separation and foundation erosion that was occurring. I mentioned that in order for the workmen to correct the problem they would need to move the Gazebo back six (6) to eight (8) feet to rebuild the wall and stabilize the foundation. Mr. Miller stated that he would prefer to move the gazebo himself, thus eliminating any possible damage. Can you imagine, without my suggestion, he just offered to help us? The Patteson family would gladly recommend the use of Tri State Gazebo as a company that truly cares for their customers! Yes, Tri State Gazebo does have and practice "Customer Service-Support".

I wanted to send you a note and thank you for working with me on the shed. The experience was great and so is the shed. The wife likes it too. We are already filling it up this afternoon. You were extremely professional and easy to deal with and the shed is exactly as you explained (even better actually). I hope you got your other job finished up. I look forward to calling you to have my garage delivered! You will have to make sure you leave extra time though so we can go for a ride in the car.

I would like to express my appreciation for the job you did in setting up our new Gazebo. I am amazed that you were able to position it to line up with the existing walkway. Since the path to the lake from the house is through the gazebo, I was concerned that I would have to make major adjustments to the walkway but only one minor adjustment was required. My wife told me about the challenge you had in getting the gazebo through the trees to the backside of the lot. The young man that had to back the trailer through the trees was a real professional. Well done, it fits perfectly! As for the Gazebo itself, it was obviously built by real craftsmen. The electrical wires are so well hidden it took me 15 minutes to figure out how they were run! I consider myself very good at finding flaws in construction projects, I can fine none in this gazebo. I would also like to comment on your pricing. I considered building the gazebo myself from a kit and found that I could not build it for the price you charged for the complete job. I also know that my wife appreciates not having to wait all summer for me to complete it. We are very pleased with the gazebo itself and I am impressed with job you did in setting it up. Well done!

Its quality construction certainly exceeded my expectations; I was envisioning a kind of "aluminum shed" look, but what you provided was a top-quality building of all-lumber construction, complete with vinyl siding and roof shingles colored to match our vacation home! You may recall that we originally wanted a conventional garage, but our contractor, Bill Spiker, found that our only feasible site contained large rocks that prevented any such construction. Several years ago it was our 35 anniversary. My husband knew I always wanted a gazebo. We went to visit Tri State Gazebo and met Danny Miller. He was very helpful in helping us decide which gazebo would best suit our needs. His delivery time was prompt and his setup for the gazebo was neat and tidy. There were no messes in our yard when he left, it looked like our gazebo just dropped in from the sky. I wanted the gazebo but my hubby ended up setting in it the most with his friends and having coffee everyday with someone while battling the fight against cancer.

When folks would come by for a visit we always ended up in the gazebo and they always hated going home. It is so relaxing and comfortable. My husband has since passed away but I have my memories of the day we bought the gazebo from Danny and the memories of my hubby laughing and joking with all of his friends.
